FRAUD PREVENTION & COD RETURN POLICY
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- Customers must ensure they are available to receive the order at the provided address
- Orders may be confirmed via call or SMS before dispatch
- If a customer fails to respond, the order may be canceled
2. Fake / Fraud Orders
To prevent misuse of our services:
- We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fake orders
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may not be processed
- Customers providing false details may be blocked from future purchases
3. Repeated COD Returns / Refusals
- Customers who refuse delivery without valid reason will be flagged
- After 2–3 failed COD orders, future orders may:
- Require advance payment
- Be automatically canceled
- Be restricted or blocked
4. Delivery Refusal
- Refusing delivery at doorstep without valid reason (e.g., “change of mind”) is not acceptable
- Customers are encouraged to review product details before ordering
5. Blacklisting Policy
We may blacklist customers who:
- Place fake or prank orders
- Repeatedly refuse deliveries
- Abuse return/refund policy
- Provide misleading or fraudulent information
Blacklisted customers will not be able to place future orders on GoToDukan.com.
6. Verification Rights
GoToDukan.com reserves the right to:
- Contact customers for order verification
- Request advance payment for high-value orders
- Cancel any order without prior notice if fraud is suspected
7. Legal Action
In case of serious fraud or misuse:
- We reserve the right to take legal action under applicable laws in Pakistan
